Need a biopsy: Unfortunately, the presence of lymph nodes themselves tells u only that there's a problem. It could be a (viral) infection, but u r right to b worried about lymphoma. The symptoms of viruses &amp; lymphoma overlap (wt loss, fever, not feeling well). Some lymphomas r caused by viruses. The quickest way to know is to biopsy 1 of the glands; it should be EZ, TTY surgeon. Procedure is relatively pain-free

PCOS: polycystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal imbalance that occurs in some women because of ovarian dysfunction.  It is usually manifested by male hormone characteristics in young females: scalp hair loss; facial hair, and acne, and irregular periods.  Women with PCOS often have difficulty getting pregnant, and may be seen first by a skin doctor because of acne, and facial hair. See a hormone doctor.

: Not impossible, just very unlikely.  Given location and lack of change for 7 months, this may represent a reaction to Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.  If very concerned, can get in-person re-check every 6-8 months just to make sure it really is not changing

It depends on its: location and whether it is enlarging or not, assuming it is 2.8 cm mass.  Ask your doctor for specific recommendation whether or not he advises removal of it.

Throat mass: There are a lot of things that this could be.  The first step is to have it evaluated so that you know what it is.  Removal would obviously depend on what it is.  The specialist who deals with masses of the throat is an ear, nose and throat specialist or an otolaryngologist-head and neck surgery.  Best of luck to you.

This : This wouldn't be related to the pituitary, which is inside the brain. You may be thinking of the thyroid gland, which is just beneath the adam's apple in the middle of your neck.

Neck masses that fluctuate in size could be related to a cyst or a fatty benign tumor called a lipoma.  Either way, that needs to be evaluated by a specialist and may result in some imaging (either a ct or an ultrasound).

Stray hairs: Have 2 or 3 hairs growing on an unexpected location on the skin is probably something that most adults experience. With the millions of hairs on a person's body, having 3 in an odd location is perfectly understandable... and has no particular meaning.
