Stray hairs: Have 2 or 3 hairs growing on an unexpected location on the skin is probably something that most adults experience. With the millions of hairs on a person's body, having 3 in an odd location is perfectly understandable... and has no particular meaning.

Possible, yes: but could be for other reasons too. Presence or absence of hair is not a diagnostic criterion for PCOS, though many women with PCOS complain of hair growth. (Get it?) PCOS is diagnosed based on: irregular periods, ultrasound, blood testing. Weight gain, hair growth, acne, etc...do not make the diagnosis. Hope this helps.
