So it is just one of those terminologies that can be used when describing findings on a spine xray for example either a cervical spine or lumbar spine xray, when there are bone spurs notices in the front of your spine, typically common at the disc space and endplate level. These are just part of degenerative disc.

Indolent, persistent: Marginal zone lymphoma is a form of lymphoma that is of low aggressiveness and "indolent." it refers to the cell of origin of the tumor having come from the "marginal zone" of the lymph node, as opposed to "germinal center cell" or "activated b-cell type" cells which are subtypes of the more aggressive "large cell" lymphoma family. It is slower growing, but may be persistent and tough to "cure.".

The bones around these old discs are then exposed to too much stress and the bone responds by growing osteophytes. Similar to the knuckles in your hands getting bigger with age/arthritis.

Marginal previa: A marginal previa or a low lying placenta is usually diagnosed by ultrasound. Early in a pregnancy ultrasound can over diagnose the condition. Risk will depend upon whether you have had any bleeding with the diagnosis. A 28 week ultrasound is usually recommended to better visualize where the placenta actually is.

Under supervision: Getting off medications like bipolar meds, antidepressants, anti anxiety meds and many others should only be done under the direction and supervision of your physician.

No: I do not know what 'incorrectly bent down' means, but if you are not having any bleeding, contractions, leaking of fluid and the baby is moving normally, then there is probably little to worry about.  If you are having symptoms, then call your doctor.

Thank you: Thank you for donating blood and being a good citizen. Drink 2-3 glasses of water before you donate and 2-3 glasses of juice after donating. I would not recommend beer even if you did not donate blood. Alcohol does no good to any one. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
