Depends on location: Marginal zone lymphoma can occur many places in the body. It most commonly occurs in the stomach and is associated with heartburn and stomach pain. It can also occur around the eye where it usually presents as a painless lump.

Lump lymphadenopathy: Marginal zone lymphomas are found in lymph nodes, salivary glands, extralymph nodes organs and the signs and symptoms are referable to the location of the lymphoma. In the skin, lumps could show up as reddish elevated lump on chest and upper body, with no pain or itchiness. Enlargement of nodes are signs and neck lumps with o r without pain could be seen in glandular involvement. Need biopsy.
