Under supervision: Getting off medications like bipolar meds, antidepressants, anti anxiety meds and many others should only be done under the direction and supervision of your physician.

Deadens: This should be done under the care of a doctor. Some medications have a risk for discontinuation syndrome or significantly increase the risk of recurrence of illness. Patients also need to be assessed or worsening symptoms following cessation of treatment.
