Incorrectly bent down during pregnancy @24w. i have marginal previa. could i've caused more issues or posed a risk to my baby?

No: I do not know what 'incorrectly bent down' means, but if you are not having any bleeding, contractions, leaking of fluid and the baby is moving normally, then there is probably little to worry about. If you are having symptoms, then call your doctor.

No: Bending over incorrectly would not cause more issues with the placenta. Most of these low lying placentas resolve during the course of pregnancy (ie, they don't appear low later).

Absolutely not: Bending over alone cannot cause you to hurt your baby or aggravate your previa. If you were to bend over and lift 50 pounds that wouldn't be recommended, but i don't think you're doing that. Marginal previas, at 24 weeks, typically do move out of the way by term, so fingers crossed that you can have a vaginal delivery at term! best of luck.
