Yes: There is no problem taking gingko and Magnesium together. While magnesium citrate and malate are well-absorbed forms of magnesium consider magnesium taurate, which is also beneficial; I like it because it is well-absorbed and taurine has many benefits as well.

Yes: As long as you don't take too much. Usually 400-600 mg daily is safe. Too much may cause diarrhea.

: It is not the cardiac side effect of zithromax but taking magnesium at the same time with zithromax may decrease the effects of zithromax. Zithromax should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking magnesium. Good luck.

Side effects: I did not see sedation listed as side effects for L-citruline, L-agrinine, Shiitake extract or magnesium malate.  Niacin hydrobromide can lead to sedaction.

This might help: Protonix needs to be taken with an empty stomach, early in the morning (1 hour or more before breakfast) or in the night (2-4 hours after last meal, before bed). Don't take any other drug at the same time.
Zetia can be taken at any time. You need to take it at the same time every day.Sulcralfate need to be taken 1 hour before every meal.Dietary supplements have no time preference nor food interact

Melatonin?: You might be referring to Melatonin? If so, try 2 mg an hour before you plant to go to bed.

Consider: use of Chinese Scalp Acupuncture or Auricular (Ear ) acupuncture to help with insomnia. See that you already use melatonin. Some other herbals that are used to help sleep include  Chamomile, Passion Flower, Hops, Skullcap &amp; California Poppy.
