i have endometriosis for 20 years now and many surgeries as treatment for this. i now have and its rapidly getting worse, leg and hip pain. large lumps i can feel deep in the back of my thighs where my hips are and down the way to my calves. help?

ENDOMETRIOSIS: Endometriosis doesn't usually manifest as hip or leg pain, or as what are probable enlarged lymph nodes in your hips--you may have two problems.  The treatment of endometriosis depends upon whether or not you want children.  If not, at your age, a total hysterectomy with removal of tubes and ovaries, and eventual addition of estrogen therapy might serve. Please see a trusted Gyn ASAP.

one year back, i was injected botox into my facial skin. later two lumps are formed under the eyes and looking awkward. is there any remedy to remove?

Botox granuloma?: It is possible that you may have developed a granuloma or reaction to the Botox injection. Please go back to your injector and see what he/she says.
You may benefit from a steroid injection, if an inflammatory reaction has occurred.

: A Flu, COVID-19 and Strep test may be helpful. Stay well hydrated, use social distancing and rest. Nasal saline is often effective in reducing congestion. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and monitor temperature.

Depends: The treatment of lumps and bumps in the vaginal area, like every where else, depends on the cause of the  lumps as well as the size. Warts are treated with frezing, burning, lasering, or with several different medicines applied topically. Inclusion cysts, like blackheads, are treated one way and Bartholin's gland cysts are treated in other ways. Skin tags are treated in yet a different way.

It could be a: Tumor if it's hard and not movable or a hydrocele if you can shine a flashlight through it to the other side or a varicocele if it feels like a bag of worms.  Any lump should be examined by a doctor to determine the best course of treatment.

Depends on cause: Might be herpes which can be helped by oral antivirals such as Acyclovir or valacyclovir. There are other blistering diseases such as lichen planus and pemphigus which can affect the tongue. See a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hemorroids: This sounds like hemorrhoids. Change your diet. Stop consuming grains, lentils, milk products (ghee, butter are fine though). consume flesh foods, vegetables, sweet potatoes, plantains, coconut oil. Take a probiotic, vitamin D3 supplement (10,000 IU/day), zinc supplement. You should feel better in 2 days. If not, get it checked by your family doctor.

i saw itchy clusters of lumps on my penis after masturbation and turned to wound and disappeared.  what is the cause and remedy?

I don't : Know what you did during masturbation, but i would strongly recommend you change your technique. If it happens again, share w/your doctor.
