It could be a: Tumor if it's hard and not movable or a hydrocele if you can shine a flashlight through it to the other side or a varicocele if it feels like a bag of worms. Any lump should be examined by a doctor to determine the best course of treatment.

For about 4 years Ive known that there is a lump on the back side my left testicle seems as if its connected to the top part of the epididymis. Doesnt cause any serious pains, but does cause occasional discomfort. Could it be cancerous?

I can feel the head of epididymis on one side of the testicles but on the opposite side i can feel some skin attached to the testicle, it is not a lump or a bump ,does not hurt i can feel it one both the testicles, isn't it a part of the epididymis?
