Have a big blister like lump on the tip of my tongue - any remedy ?

Depends on cause: Might be herpes which can be helped by oral antivirals such as Acyclovir or valacyclovir. There are other blistering diseases such as lichen planus and pemphigus which can affect the tongue. See a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Is it clear?: If clear fluid-filled, it can be a blocked minor salivary gland that once popped usually heals on its own.
