Depends: The treatment of lumps and bumps in the vaginal area, like every where else, depends on the cause of the lumps as well as the size. Warts are treated with frezing, burning, lasering, or with several different medicines applied topically. Inclusion cysts, like blackheads, are treated one way and Bartholin's gland cysts are treated in other ways. Skin tags are treated in yet a different way.
