See your physician: There are many different causes of abdominal pain.  Peptic ulcer usually causes upper abdominal pain.  It is not considered
contagious .

Lower abdominal pain can be caused by illnesses of the colon(large bowel), appendicitis, infections and many other conditions.

Don't try to diagnose yourself!  if your 
pain is severe, getting worse or lasts more than a few days you need to see a physician.

can sudden rhomboid muscle spasm (left side ) cause chest pain when breathing  with left side pain chest and neck to lower back ?

I would suspect that: whatever was contributing to the rhomboid muscle spasm may also be contributing to some pleuritic chest pain, neck and back pain.  Rhomboid spasm is often caused by overuse of your shoulder/arm from overhead activities. These same activities may have caused some intercostal muscle strain as well as neck and back pain. Ask your provider to help sort this out especially excluding any cardiac causes.

Back pain: Sounds like it could be a kidney infection.  You should see a doctor right away for a urine test.  Don't wait several days to be seen since these can become severe if left untreated too long.

: You need to make an appointment for mom to be evaluated.  Chest pains which are worsening should be looked at immediately.  It may be nothing more than a pinched nerve or some chest wall inflammation, but other problems can cause these symptoms, and she should have it checked out by a doctor.

The source may: be YOUR NECK at the C6-C7 level where a nerve may be pinched ...this is called RADICULOPATHY ..and your PCP may , after a hands on exam, wish to order a cervical (neck) MRI'

See your physician.: What you are describing sounds like pain related to the muscles or bones of the ribs, which resolves with rest and over the counter pain medication. But i recommend seeing your physician who can do a full history and physical exam to make sure there is a not a different specific cause that needs attention.
