Anxiety: I understand your concern. Stresses of hip osteotomy, gall bladder surgery most likely have caused anxiety. Other stresses-relationships, concern about pregnancy and finances can cause various physical symptoms. It is not what you eat it is what is eating you! please see a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment of your condition, .
