See your physician: There are many different causes of abdominal pain. Peptic ulcer usually causes upper abdominal pain. It is not considered contagious . Lower abdominal pain can be caused by illnesses of the colon(large bowel), appendicitis, infections and many other conditions. Don't try to diagnose yourself! if your pain is severe, getting worse or lasts more than a few days you need to see a physician.
