7 days: Steroids should not be used on the face for more than 7 days at a stretch, generally speaking.

Increase strength: Many professional athletes take meds to improve strength etc. only to be found out and suspended, Don't follow that path.

1: Please set up an appointment with an athletic trainer.
2: Please see a dietitian.

That combination, if used properly, will take you where you want to be. May take a few months but you will still have many years ahead of you.

Not propaganda: Any steroid can have some serious consequences, not that every body who takes a steroid will have a bad effect.  Long term use can cause bleeding of stomach, thinning of bones, cardiac effects, steroid psychosis(roid rage).  Some people can experience any or all of these effects even after short term use.  We are all individuals and react differently.  Check with your doctor first.

What kind of studies: is the question. All companies will say that studies show the wonderful benefits of their product. 'the problem is: are the studies good ones? There are good and bad ways to do a study.When looking at results, see who paid to have the study done? Check that there is no conflict of interest.  A study with only a few people is not definitive. Good study results will be reported by reputable groups.

Yes or no.: Depends on your age.  If you are a teenager, you simply may have delayed maturation.  Later it can be a more serious issue. Obesity and metabolic sydrome cause conversion of testosterone to estradiol, a female hormone.  This tells the pituitary gland not to stimuate the testes. Low testosterone is correlated with heart disease, osteoporosis, and ed.  In this case topical-testosterone is best rx.

50-50 proposition: Injection of steroids into the epidural space for relief of non-cancer pain has a 50% success rate independent of pathology. Success may last days, weeks, months  or, rarely, longer. There is no credible
medical literature supporting routine series of 3 injections.  If  the first one doesn't work, most likely more won't either.  Facet injections are another matter with a lower success rate.

Ask your doctor: Anyone on long term steroids should consult their doctor about unusual blood test results.  Thats why they are monitoring you.  In general low lymphocytes are not usually a problem but i would still ask your doctor because steroids need to be carefully monitored. 
   Subtle changes in your platelets or white cells can mean many things.

Steroid impact ?: Steroids will not generally have any effect on the onset (delay) of a menstrual period.  Sustained use of steroids can affect many other body functions, but your periods are subject to pituitary control, which can have other influences affect their regularity, however.
