What kind of studies: is the question. All companies will say that studies show the wonderful benefits of their product. 'the problem is: are the studies good ones? There are good and bad ways to do a study.When looking at results, see who paid to have the study done? Check that there is no conflict of interest. A study with only a few people is not definitive. Good study results will be reported by reputable groups.
