Ask your doctor: Anyone on long term steroids should consult their doctor about unusual blood test results. Thats why they are monitoring you. In general low lymphocytes are not usually a problem but i would still ask your doctor because steroids need to be carefully monitored. Subtle changes in your platelets or white cells can mean many things.
