Can steroids (low dose) and for five days impact a period? i just got prescribed it and concern if it would affect my period next month? thanks

Steroid impact ?: Steroids will not generally have any effect on the onset (delay) of a menstrual period. Sustained use of steroids can affect many other body functions, but your periods are subject to pituitary control, which can have other influences affect their regularity, however.
