Depends: If you eat dairy products you can try greek yogurt or cottage cheese (otherwise soy/almond/coconut yogurt). Non dairy sources include chia seeds, beans, lentils, quinoa, eggs, artichokes, broccoli, avocado, asparagus, tofu, peas, spinach, beet greens, peanuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, garbanzo beans.

i'm on a homely diet since april : low fat, medium carb & veg protein. low on ani protein, no red meat, no fast food, greasy/fried food. high veg, fruits. brisk walking. i lost 13 lbs in this tenure. is this normal loss or i am seriously ill inside?

Let's see ....: It has been about 12 or 13 weeks since the middle of April (today is July 20). That would be losing about a pound a week. Now I don't know if you are trying to lose weight, but if you are, this is just about perfect! (I don't know if you worried that you are losing too much or not enough). But losing 1 pound a week on a sensible diet such as this is your best shot at normal long term weight.

Weight loss: First I commend you on your weight-loss. In addition what you are doing is the necessary steps for weight loss, reducing fat suit reducing hi greasy foods cleaning your diet. Losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week is actually an adequate goal and I think you're on target keep it up.

No: May be just mild indigestion or mild gastroenteritis, if it continues, see your doctor for evaluation, meanwhile increase oral fluids and bland diet. Congrats on losing weight, continue dieting as you are, move, exercise is important not to lose weight, but to keep your shape and avoid complications of being sedentary, good luck

Diets are best: supervised by your doc or a nutritionist.  Low fat is not a good way to go.  We need good fat such as found in coconut oil, olive oil, fish oil, nuts, etc. Low carb is helpful to many folks, as is your brisk walking. Very limited: Food is a combo of protein, carb, fat. Low sugar-easy. Low fat-easy, low carb-easy, high protein and vegan with all the other restrictions-really hard. Most vegan sources of protein e.G beans, tofu, tempeh, seitan, nuts, seeds, have fair amounts of the other nutrients as well. The more restricted a diet, the greater the chances for imbalance (old insight-hippocrates wrote it).

Need healthy fat: You can eat a lot of protein, but you still need healthy fats like omega 3's, monounsaturated like avocado and olive oil, etc. You can avoid processed sugar.  You still need veggies, and high fiber fruits for their antioxidants and vitamins.  You can have 2-3 servings/day of these fruits and that can be your dessert. Stay away from highly processed carbs.
