Appetite control: An orange has a lot of fiber which can be filling, so eating a small, medium, or half of a large orange as part of a planned snack/meal should be fine.  Orange juice on the other hand should be avoided or limited to no more than a 4 oz serving.  A more sustainable rate of weight loss might be to lose 0.25 up to 1 kg per week.  I suspect you will begin to lose again in the next week.

Lets try it another : way. There are 7,716 calories per kg.  Don't know you weight, running conditions, speed etc. But if you were to run a mile a day - that would be about 100 calories.  So it would take  77 miles to lose that weight (if everything else is held in check).

Eat fresh fruit and veg and eat five small meals per day with 3-4 oz of any meat, a carb(potato, red yam, plain rice) and veg or fruit (300-400 cal/meal). You can do this with a little planning and determination. Muscle weighs heavy so forget the scale;it is how your cloths fit.

Too fast: You are trying to lose too much weight in too little a time and it is not good for your health. You know that you need to reduce your intake and increase physical activity/exercise. Start by reducing you intake to half of what you usually eat. Keeping a diary of your intake will help in showing that you eat more than you think you do. Blood group is not relevant.
