Hello. : Hello. It is likely that the connective tissue in this area is pretty stretched out and won't get it's bounce back. It is kind of like an elastic band. It is very stretchy initially. But if it becomes overly stretched out over a long period of time, it is likely to lose it's give. The best thing that i can suggest is to work on muscle tone in your arms, but that won't reduce batwings. Congratulations on your weight loss.

Forget about weight: You need to focus on a healthy diet with protein fruits and vegetables. Try to eat less fats carbs and sugars. Then you must work on an exercise plan and work out 1 hour every day. This is what you need to do to be fit

Yes, : Yes, body contouring in the sense of procedures that remove extra and sagging skin can be helpful following massive weight loss.  These are procedures such as tummy tuck, breast lift, upper arm lift, inner and out thigh/buttock lift, etc.  Fat that is attached to the extra skin is removed with it, and some areas of extra fat can be contoured with liposuction.  If a patient was still heavy (for example, a patient who lost 100 pounds and now weighed 275), they are not yet a candidate for either liposuction or most excisional procedures until they continue to lose weight and get closer to their ideal weight.

I suspect your feeding plan has not worked as you wanted. Infants get 80%/side with 5 min on each breast/90%at 10 min. If you feed constantly you may not be letting the breasts recover. Work this out with your doc.
