First: A normal ultrasound does not remove the possibility of liver disease. It can show whether the liver is enlarged, whether the bile ducts are dilated, and if you have gallstones. Liver "disease" is typically discerned with blood tests. You may have shoulder pains from something other than referred pain, for example something to do with the joint. Sorting this out may need more clinical evalutation.

Get evaluated.: From what you described, it is urgent that you go see your doctor for an evaluation.  You likely don't have liver disease, however you might have some other issue, like a blood disorder like leukemia/lymphoma that could be causing your symptoms of fatigue and your enlarged spleen and liver.  Your shoulder pain might be a separate issue, but it also could be part of this.  Again please see your dr.

i have right shoulder pain and itching. i have been diagnosed with gastritis. i have had extensive testing of my liver and the doctors say that there is nothing wrong with my liver or kidneys. i also suffer from panic and anxiety disorder?

: You need to share the anxiety/panic issue with your Dr.  most likely this is playing a role in other issues.

Gallbladder pain: Typically gallbladder pain is in the upper right quadrant of your abdomen but when referred to the shoulder this may be felt in the shoulder blade.

Chest pain: Chest pain, especially chest pain described as 'severe' should be evaluated in person by a professional in an emergent setting no matter what happened beforehand,...please get this worked up at an ER as soon as possible

Unlikely: With normal lft's , it is unlikely that your liver is the cause of your symptoms. Your doctor may want to other possible causes of your stmptoms.

: Sorry but your symptoms may be caused by any visceral organ in the abdomen, not only hepatobiliary or urinary tract. A physical examination may or may not single out a condition. If this pain is acute, i.e. within the last 24 hours and persistent, you need to be evaluated ASAP. If you have had these sx for a while then make an appt with a doctor because you may need tests (blood, urine, radiology)

Right upper: Pain in the right upper abdomen may be due to gall bladder or liver pathology. The left shoulder pain may be unrelated. Gall bladder pain often radiates around to the right side of the back and the right upper abdomen is tender when the liver or gall bladder are inflamed. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room for prompt examination and testing.

D: No vitamin D is not hepatotoxic. 1000 or 2000 dose tablets are OK and inexpensive over the counter. 120 capsules in a bottle about $10.

No: If liver swelling is sudden it is painful if it happened over a prolonged time it is not.
