Not all guys do!: Everyone is different. Some like fuller lips while others like thinner lips. To each his/her own. Same w/lip color, hair color, eye color, body type, etc. Anthropologists have suggested that certain body part variations are associated w/more successful breeding. What's important isn't what "guys in general" think or like but rather what "your guy" thinks & likes about you.

i ripped my lips in one spot so now when it is dry, it hardens up in a concave shape. what should i do?

Moisturize: It sounds like you need to keep things moist as you heal. The lip heals very quickly, so if you just keep it moist until the surface heals, your lip will be fine. I think what you are describing is a scab - when the lip surface starts to heal,  it tends to contract inward and harden in a concave pattern. It then falls off in a while, leaving soft healthy tissue underneath. Chapstick to moisturize.

i met with an accident and my lips were injured in a bad manner as it splited and now it is sutured ..can i regain the same lips shape back?

: This is hard to assess without an actual exam. When sutured, if the margins are lined up you get the best possible outcome. If not, they heal crooked. You may want to have it evaluated by a cosmetic surgeon if it does not heal well.

PEEP?: Depending how you mean it, if friend has any respiratory disorder, lip-pursing can increase end-expiratory pressure (the -eep of peep), which helps keep alveoli open and improve gas exchange in the lungs. Or, might just feel subconsciously comforting to him/her? Doesn't sound.

Genetics/trauma: The size and shape is determined by genetics and trauma. Repeated childbirth can cause lengthening of the labia.
This can be easily corrected by a plastic surgeon or ob/gyn.-labiaplasty.

No: We don't usually pursed lip breathe on purpose - we do so because our lung disease is so advanced that this is one of the only ways we can breathe.

: My best answer is some advice.  Stop smoking cigarettes.  Contact your doctor and start treatments, and avoid the future downside and risks of smoking.  Good luck.

Human bite: The best doctor to evaluate the situation is a plastic surgeon. However, if the vermillion border was not torn, there is a good chance of good healing. If the vermillion border was torn, please bring her to the plastic surgeon.
