I met with an accident and my lips were injured in a bad manner as it splited and now it is sutured ..can i regain the same lips shape back?

This is hard to assess without an actual exam. When sutured, if the margins are lined up you get the best possible outcome. If not, they heal crooked. You may want to have it evaluated by a cosmetic surgeon if it does not heal well.
