No: We don't usually pursed lip breathe on purpose - we do so because our lung disease is so advanced that this is one of the only ways we can breathe.

No: Normally we don't need to think how we breathe. Breathing is a natural process. If thinking is required to carry out the process of breathing, then something is wrong on either physical or emotional level. You need to be seen and the doctor will make sure everything is ok.
