What determines the size and shape of vaginal lips?

Genetics/trauma: The size and shape is determined by genetics and trauma. Repeated childbirth can cause lengthening of the labia. This can be easily corrected by a plastic surgeon or ob/gyn.-labiaplasty.

Genetics and...: Genetics is half of what we are. The other half is the influence of our environment. This can include trauma and activities in the case of the shape of a body part.
