i just started taking lexapro (escitalopram) 10 mg 10 days ago, can i stop taking it immediatly, its causing severe stomach pain. or do i have to slowly get of it?

Lexapro (escitalopram): A low dose of Lexapro (escitalopram) taken for a short period of time should not require a taper. However, please do let your prescribing provider know about the issue. Taking Lexapro (escitalopram) with food or use of probiotics can often be very helpful to decrease possible GI side effects.

stomach pain, i take aspirin 81mg, lexapro 20mg, xanax .25mg, as needed, and zyprexa 2.5 mg. could meds be causing my discomfort? how can i remedy?

Yes: But I suspect that there may be something else such gastritis, ulcer, or reflux.   Aspirin is known to cause stomach problem for some people and thus you should stop it for a few days to see if this helps -even though the dose is quite small, it won't hurt.

i have a horriable headache sore everywhere esp my neck and jaw horse cough ear ache dizzy tired stomach pain haven't took lexapro (escitalopram) in 3 days?

Stress: It is a possibility that you have myofacial pain syndrome due to due to the excessive stress. Lexapro (escitalopram) is a great medication to mange the stress. Watch your weight and do some physical activity.
Rec.: 
see an orofacial pain specialist for evaluation and possible muscle relaxant rx. 
See your psychiatrist for antidepressant medication management.

Use Enteric Coating: Aspirin irritates the stomach. Even though you are on a low dose Aspirin shop for the enteric coated 81 mg.  It does not dissolve in the stomach and will cause less GI upset.
The other meds are OK to take together as long as you are aware they may cause some sedation.
The Aspirin in the list is the one known to irritate the stomach.

More to it: Give it a little more time and see if the side effects diminish. If not, talk to your doc about trying a different med.  However, understand that medication alone is not optimal treatment for depression (if that is  what you are treating). For most depressed patients, the benefits of meds are indistinguishable from placebo. Good treatment for depression is psychotherapy (with or without meds).

: There are some basic self testy you can do at home. Hop up &amp; down on both legs, then one at a time. If the pain makes you fall over it could be appendix. If you can't walk fully upright across the room, it could be appendix. The final decision is made when a well trained doc examines you.

i have stomach pain that comes and goes its not bad and i get nervous and stressed out really easily i am a very nervous person and when i get like that is usually when my stomach starts hurting. is there something i could do to ease it?

: You may try breathing meditation (sit in a quiet place, breath in deeply, hold your breath as long as possible, breathe out deeply, continue for 20 minutes, lie down for 10 minutes to let stress keep leaving your body; I get headaches when I stand up and rush around immediately after 20 min of breathing meditation). Use 10 minutes of breathing meditation and 5 min lying down if not enough time.

Lexapro (escitalopram): Lexapro (escitalopram) belongs to a group of meds called ssris and they should be tapered off gradually.

Many possibilities: There are so many different diseases that cause abdominal pain that it would be impossible to speculate on the cause of yours with such limited information.  Any abdominal pain that is persistent, recurrent, or severe warrants medical evaluation, at the very least, by your primary care physician, or, by an er physician, if severe.  Sorry i couldn't help more.
