Many possibilities: There are so many different diseases that cause abdominal pain that it would be impossible to speculate on the cause of yours with such limited information. Any abdominal pain that is persistent, recurrent, or severe warrants medical evaluation, at the very least, by your primary care physician, or, by an er physician, if severe.
