If i have lower stomach pain does that mean its an appendicitis?

There are some basic self testy you can do at home. Hop up & down on both legs, then one at a time. If the pain makes you fall over it could be appendix. If you can't walk fully upright across the room, it could be appendix. The final decision is made when a well trained doc examines you.

It depends on duration, severity, and site of pain. Not avery abdominal pain is appendicitis. See your MD he/she will help you
