Stomach pain, i take aspirin 81mg, lexapro 20mg, xanax .25mg, as needed, and zyprexa 2.5 mg. could meds be causing my discomfort? how can i remedy?

Yes: But I suspect that there may be something else such gastritis, ulcer, or reflux. Aspirin is known to cause stomach problem for some people and thus you should stop it for a few days to see if this helps -even though the dose is quite small, it won't hurt.
