You may try breathing meditation (sit in a quiet place, breath in deeply, hold your breath as long as possible, breathe out deeply, continue for 20 minutes, lie down for 10 minutes to let stress keep leaving your body; I get headaches when I stand up and rush around immediately after 20 min of breathing meditation). Use 10 minutes of breathing meditation and 5 min lying down if not enough time.
