Vomiting: in a child can be caused by many things: acute infections, toxin from food poisoning,  bowel obstruction and appendicitis, to name of few.    Most common is a viral gastroenteritis which often starts with vomiting and then may progress to acute diarrhea.  If vomiting persists more than 12 hours, he should be evaluated by his doctor or urgent care.

Sometimes: It also depends on what you mean by lazy eyes.  It can mean amblyopia to some people, which means poor vision, but it can also mean eyes that are not straight.  I'll assume you mean the latter.  Some children alternate seeing with each eye, so they develop both eyes.  Some children ignore one eye, and the brain that connects to that eye never develop, causing   amblyopia..

No: How old is your child?  When did you complete toilet training?  Previously dry children, who begin having accidents are evaluated for many things-infection, fatigue, excessive late night fluids and diabetes are among the disorders your doctor will consider.

CONSTIPATION: Do you mean he does not have regular bm ?  If aganglionic megacolon have been ruled out, then his diet has to be  more of fruits and veggies, less rice , more fluid intake and  juices like prunes, pears, oranges. Bananas and apples makes stools hard. We discourage  rx for constipation. Child has to do it naturally every day.

Lazy eye: If you suspect your child has a "lazy eye" he or she should see a pediatric ophthalmologist as soon as possible to help decide what treatment would be best. Patching should only be done under the care of an eyemd.

: Head trauma can damage the optic nerve. Some healing can occur over several years, but if he has had this since he was a child, there is a high likelihood that the damage is permanent. He can minimize these effects by wearing darkened, corrective lenses. He should consult a opthalmologist (eye MD) for evaluation.
