It feels good ..: On the premise that anything that makes you feel good is good for your health, hot water with honey and lemon fits the bill.  But it probably really is good for you: it helps keep your bowels regular, may aid in digestion, enhances your mood and may freshen your breath. The steam heat may also clear your sinuses. Most people think morning is best. Most important: there's no danger/risk. Enjoy!

A little lemon is ok: A little bit of lemon is ok, because that essentially is lemon-flavored water. Too much lemon juice can lead to an upset stomach in some people. Other than the vitamin c in citrus fruits, and the water of course, there isn't any special benefit of lemon water to one's health.

Sugar not good but..: I can't recommend sugar as it's basically a form of poison, but black tea &amp; lemon are good for health. Green tea is even better.You can sweeten it with a small amount of honey or use xylitol.

That depends: If you nap during the day and then can't sleep at night - then napping might not be so great. However, If you are sleep deprived or recovering from illness/ surgery - etc. then napping may be helpful. Some  people in very hot countries may nap in the middle of the day - this can be adaptive.
