Lesion Penis: It could be Herpes.  Best thing to do is go see a doctor as without seeing the lesion and taking a culture one can't be sure.  There are also medications that can help.

my husband  has a cancerous tumor on his neck. the doctor said it either started  as a leision or hpv virus. can i be at risk for hpv. ?

Possibly: If in fact your husband has had hpv (which appears to be in question) it is also possible that he transmitted it to you.  I suspect, however, that if you have had pelvic exams with pap smears done during the years of your marriage and they have not revealed changes compatible with hpv infection, then you are free of disease.  It would be advisable to see your ob/gyn doctor.  Good luck.

Free country: You can do anything you want, but why risk it?  Alcohol is a known carcinogen and a known toxin to the body, but it's become a cultural norm for people to consume it.  To have the best results of surgery, it's usually recommended to refrain from alcohol, smoking tobacco or marijuana, excessive activities, ilicit drug use, but it's a free country.

my gynocologist told me that calcium for osteoporosis causes bone leisions and not to take it.  is this correct? i have severe osteoporosis.

No: The initial studies indicated that women after menopause who take calcium and vit d will have better bone density and fewer fractures than women who don't.  However, more recent studies are indicating that taking calcium supplements may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, but getting calcium through your diet does not.  Therefore it is best to get 1500 mg of calcium daily through foods.

i have sjogrens n i also have leisions on my brain many of them. i have neuro problems so what happens now? i'm on neueorin n plaquinel n metoprolol.

Complex: Sjogren's does in fact often mimic primary progressive ms, and the brain lesions you describe are not unique.  Not sure why you are taking neurontin, (gabapentin) unless you suffer painful nerve involvement.  But you might want to query your doctors as to the significance of you brain lesions, as I have seen ms and sjogren's present in the same patients.  Presume spinal fluid has already been tested.

i have been in watch for ms after finding some leisions in brain and spine w/ sensory difficulties. after 6wks of huge pain in shoulder /neck a small brightness was found in t1 but neuro has said no further action. why is this not significant?

: Possibly, you might have Radiologically Isolated Syndrome, and a new lesion in the spinal cord might be a clue to clinically definite MS.
But shoulder and neck pain may be due to problems in the joints or brachial plexus, which would not be due to MS.  Believe in your case that a second opinion by a neurologist who focuses on immunological disorders might be a valuable next step.

on a recent ct scan my liver was prominent in size with trace free intraperitoneal fluid and liver leisions. blood tests all ok. what can i do next?

Cirrhosis: You may have cirrhosis of the liver. This could be related to alcohol for a viral problem. Your routine blood test could be normal. If there's any possibility of a more serious liver lesion alpha-fetoprotein blood test should be considered. I don't know what type of lesions were seen on your liver. They could be as benign as focal fat or as significant as liver cancer.Md should talk to radiologist.

after having leisions ulcers on my tongue i have noticed i get dehydrated and the nearly healed infections hurt from my being thirsty ?

Painful ulcers: Tongue ulcers are quite painful. Drinking lots of ice water helps a great deal.  Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) is often quite soothing. You doctor can prescribe soothing products to reduce the pain.

recently diagnosed w/early stage fuchs dystrophy. diagnosed w/minimal epiretinal membrane 1 yr.ago. past 2yrs have glare & hazy vision. fuchs is why?

Combination: 'Early' stage Fuchs shouldnt affect your vision. It can cause glare and hazy vision in later stages. The ERM will cause distortion in vision eg straight line will look crooked or wavy. The cataracts are more likely to be the culprit for glare, hazy, discolored vision. Take care.
