Combination: 'Early' stage Fuchs shouldnt affect your vision. It can cause glare and hazy vision in later stages. The ERM will cause distortion in vision eg straight line will look crooked or wavy. The cataracts are more likely to be the culprit for glare, hazy, discolored vision. Take care.
