Complex: Sjogren's does in fact often mimic primary progressive ms, and the brain lesions you describe are not unique. Not sure why you are taking neurontin, (gabapentin) unless you suffer painful nerve involvement. But you might want to query your doctors as to the significance of you brain lesions, as I have seen ms and sjogren's present in the same patients. Presume spinal fluid has already been tested.
