Knee: An easy test for arthritis is put hand on kneecap when bending and straightening the leg. If u feel a grinding called crepitus indicates some arthritis. There are conservative treatments in such a situation

You need tests : You need testing from a specialist. I would highly recommend seeing a nephrologist or an endocrinologist. You.  You will be evaluated for a pheochromocytoma. The knee pain may be  something separate.

: Typically that type of pain on the back of the knee means at strain of the tendons there or even just excess fluid in the knee becuase that is where you feel it. The popping and clicking can mean different things depending on where it comes from. Tenderness on the medial side can mean with MCL (ligament) strain or medial meniscal problems. The MRI will clarify things.

Knee: Inner (medial) knee pain could be an mcl sprain or if the pain is more centralized behind the patella(kneecap) then it could be a meniscus tear. Rest, ice, compression and elevation fir the first 47-72 hours after an injury. If the pain persists then an ortho or physical medicine and rehab consult would be appropriate. Good luck.
