Knee: Inner (medial) knee pain could be an mcl sprain or if the pain is more centralized behind the patella(kneecap) then it could be a meniscus tear. Rest, ice, compression and elevation fir the first 47-72 hours after an injury. If the pain persists then an ortho or physical medicine and rehab consult would be appropriate. Good luck.
