Too young for that: you are too young for that you must injured your knee some time in the past and it pay back now unless you decided suddenly to have rheumatoid arthritis so you are too young to live with pain like this go and see your doctor or knee specialist or a arthritis specialist you will get proper evaluation either get assured or get the proper treatment do not ignore it please good luck
