Prickly sensation: How long  is it lasting? How often occurring?  If momentary that never comes back may not be serious  but if recurrent or persistent ( like even after ovulation)  would follow up with neurologist, could be nerve dysfunction,  disc disease , autoimmune , diabetes ,thyroid, B12 deficiency, or MS or viral sequela from mosquito bite(Zika). Follow up with doc, parathesias are not the norm

Not typical: It's not at all typical to have these symptoms with ovulation.  I would suggest you ask your primary doctor about other possible causes.

May and may not: It would be helpful to know your height and weight.  While there is a certain degree of fluid retention associated with the period around  menstruation this can be more noticeable with higher BMI's.  If you are overweight make your goal to lower your % body fat to low normal.  The swelling may resolve.

Early : endometriosis, will not show on ultrasound, and you have all the symptoms. Treatment with medication can help. Diagnoses may require laparoscopic surgery to see the endometriosis and obtain biopsies.

Many: Lactic acid build up, stress fracture, pinched nerve, out of shape, exertional compartment...Give me more of what is going on.

Electrolyte imbalanc: The only thing i can think of is as above. This would b cn in severe disease usually.

Nope: Pain is a signal somethign is wrong. Mabe, you have shin splints, maybe tendonitis, or a muscle strain. Try icing the area and resting. If pain persists consult your orthopedist.

Yes: If it lasts a short while. In my opinion, any tissue/muscle that is stretched beyond its usual capacity, will cause some pain/discomfort, which should not last more than 36-48 hours ( unless you stretch it much over it capacity & causing a pulled muscle), then it would for few weeks.
Keep exercising to stretch till that limit, then over a time, its capacity would increase and pain would not occur.

Leg pain: Does the pain ease with leg down? Which may related with arterial circulation problem. Then arterial doppler (u/s) study of leg arteries. 
If no difference of pain with leg down as sitting or standing, then it may coming from muscle or nerves which needs to see probably orthopedic surgeon or pain doctor.
