Leg pain: Does the pain ease with leg down? Which may related with arterial circulation problem. Then arterial doppler (u/s) study of leg arteries. If no difference of pain with leg down as sitting or standing, then it may coming from muscle or nerves which needs to see probably orthopedic surgeon or pain doctor.
