Prickly sensation: How long is it lasting? How often occurring? If momentary that never comes back may not be serious but if recurrent or persistent ( like even after ovulation) would follow up with neurologist, could be nerve dysfunction, disc disease , autoimmune , diabetes ,thyroid, B12 deficiency, or MS or viral sequela from mosquito bite(Zika). Follow up with doc, parathesias are not the norm
