Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

If the study showed diastolic dysfunction or LVH, these would be stated in the conclusion and the stage of diastolic dysfunction would be graded from 1 to 4.

Doable!: This is doable! Diastolic dysfunction implies that the heart muscle is stiffer than normal. This can lead to a sense of breathlessness but is very common and manageable. The left atrium enlargement goes with diastolic dysfunction or hypertension and is also not a big problem. The 40% blockage is deemed mild and shouldn't cause symptoms. Watching your cholesterol and your BP should keep in check

Tachycardia: As heart rate increases the time for diastolic filling decreases. Very rapid tachycardias may have such shortened diastolic filling times that stroke volume falls causing lowered blood pressure and even cardiac output.

: That means you have ischemia to that portion of your heart.
You will likely need a nuclear scan done to see if that part is viable. If the scan shows a reversible ischemia, stent can improve the hypokinesis or prevent a heart attack. If not, that part is not viable nothing you or doctor do can change that. At least that part is not important and your EF is still excellent.
Control your BP well.

Usually due to underlying hypertension, due to Insulin Resistance. Depending on the severity, can cause shortness of breath with exertion or even at rest. Treatments is beta blockers or Ca++ channel blockers like Verapamil or Diltiazem.
