But there are some o: Some other options may be available. But you will need to get a second opinion from a gynecologic oncologist. Additional chemotherapy may be beneficial depending on what all you have already received. I need more exact info about your prior chemotherapy.

can a cervical neck mri miss a brain tumor? i had one recently for a bulge disk and it detected a big sinus cyst. in case i had a brain tumor... would it had also detect it?

May be lower part: of the brain would be visible but not entire brain. So, you need mri of the head separately if indicated.

You need Gynec exam: You should get this checked out by your gynecologist as the whole cervical canal should feel soft and similar on both sides. Yes tumors typically start in one side. But your age is too young for Cancer. But a confirmation is required by a physician(Gynecologist) examination done soon.

No. But the: Tumor maycause edema, and Dexamethasone may transiently reduce that.

Radiology images: Tumors in the cervical spine are best seen on special x-ray studies like MRI scan of the spine. Sometimes a plane x-ray of the c-spine might show a damaged vertebra and or deformity caused by bone involvement by the tumor.

No: Ca of cervix iii b  tumor invaded not only to vagina but to the pelvis also, even obstruction to ureters, at this stage surgical removal  is no longer an option, most of the time treated with chemo- radiation.

Maybe: It will really depend on what the scans show and the details of your prior cancer history.   On the surface it seemsllikely.

Hard to answer: Ideally the answer is yes- however- only if the biopsy can be done. Sometimes, a ct guided biopsy can't be done- when the location is very difficult to reach for instance- due to the proximity to other important organ or great vessels -like here in your case. Then, in that case, you should possibly see a cardiothoracic surgeon to have an open biopsy arranged. Pet scan should be considered.

Needs an exam: You need to be seen by a Gynecologist to determine what you are feeling. You may simply be feeling one of the lips of the cervix. A nabothian cyst is another likely possibility. An Obgyn can look and see what you are referring to

It sounds more : Like swollen gland , which is normal. We have a lot of lymph glands in our body. They swell up to fight infection or reacting to something . They normally are self limiting unless the glands are infected , you will need antibiotics for that . If it get worst, tender to touch, having fever, you need to see your doctor.
