Radiology images: Tumors in the cervical spine are best seen on special x-ray studies like MRI scan of the spine. Sometimes a plane x-ray of the c-spine might show a damaged vertebra and or deformity caused by bone involvement by the tumor.

From none to many: A tumor may be present without any symptoms to a variety including gait and spasticity issues, balance problems, numbness, tingling, weakness, dexterity issues, bowel/bladder issues, headache, pain in the neck and/or extremities, handwritng changes to name a few.
