Urine culture: Would really need to see the results of the urinalysis, but from what you describe the Lactobacillus is likely to have been a vaginal contaminant, rather than a urinary tract pathogen.  You need to have an assisted clean midstream catch urine for culture, along with a urinalysis. This does not sound, at least superficially, like you need antibiotics, but without further info, difficult to be sure.

Lactobacillus: It means contamination. Lactobacillus is good bacteria in colon and vagina. It is transmitted to urethra. No treatment in normal people. It can cause UTI in immunodeficient and dialysed pt. The urine has to be mid stream or suprapubic & colony count &gt;100k plus symptoms of uti. Treated withpcn or genta. It is good bacteria that digest dairy products,  produces vit k. & kills bad bacteria. Thanks.

No treatment needed: These bacteria do not cause urinary tract infection. They come from your vagina or labia, i.e. the urine specimen was not a true "clean catch". THe positive nitrates may mean you have a UTI, but if so it is due to other bacteria that apparently were missed on culture. Discuss next steps with your doctor.

: Lactobacillus is a bacteria commonly on the surface of the skin. VERY RARELY causes UTI. Recovery in urine usually means specimen has been contaminated with skin bacteria. Need to provide another specimen

No treatment needed: Lactobacillus is normal in the genital tract and can easily get into the urine and show up on culture. It's almost certainly not hte cause of your UTI and does not need treatment. Also, you NEVER want to treat vaginal lactobacillus with antibiotics. Lacto is very important to vaginal health; getting rid of it causes bacterial vaginosis and increases risk of other infections, including STDs.

Doubtful: Lactobacillus is an unusual bacteria for a bladder infection.    It is a typical bacteria of the vagina, so this most likely represents a contaminated urine sample.

: It is possible that you did not collect the urine specimen correctly and it was contaminated with vaginal fluid.

Need more info: The likelihood is that this is a contaminant.  Need more info on results of urinalysis and the means by which this urine was collected. This organism is often in vagina or on perineum.  Make sure you get an assisted clean urine midstream catch culture and correlate with ua and symptoms. Good luck.
