If much salt and fat: Eating one ham sandwich every day is not a problem unless the sandwich has a huge number of calories (which can cause obesity), the sandwich has lots of fat from mayo or cheese (which can cause high cholesterol and obesity), the sandwich has lots of salt (which can raise blood pressure), or one is worried about the nitrite preservatives in ham. There are ways to make healthy ham sandwiches!

No: ham is protein, and fat. There is no carbs- however the glaze may be made of sugar - which is a refined carbohydrate.  A refined carbohydrate is a carbohydrate that has been changed, usually stripped of its fiber, such as bread verses whole grain wheat, The refined carbs raise blood sugar and insulin quickly and may lead to diabetes, heart disease etc

No: Gout is a kidney issue. It is triggered by certain foods in your diet. One small study suggested cherries may help but it was not a strong study. Since meat is a food with a high purine content, it has the potential to worsen the gout.

Not bad.: Surprisingly, ham isn't too caloric so if you have one slice of ham with your breakfast you're actually getting some protein without too much fat.  I would think this would be fine.  Better than breakfast sausage or whole eggs.

Dehydration or Infxn: If your urine is very concentrated, it can have a pungent smell.  Usually this is due to dehydration, but it can also be due to infection.  If you are experiencing burning or other pain with urination, please see your doctor. Otherwise, i recommend drinking plenty of water during the day to dilute your urine.

Healthy diet: There is no immediate risk. For good health: Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form.
