No: Gout is a kidney issue. It is triggered by certain foods in your diet. One small study suggested cherries may help but it was not a strong study. Since meat is a food with a high purine content, it has the potential to worsen the gout.

Gout: Avoid high purine foods like •Alcoholic beverages (all types) •Some fish, seafood and shellfish, including anchovies, sardines, herring, mussels, codfish, scallops, trout and haddock •Some meats, such as bacon, turkey, veal, venison and organ meats like liver •Meats, such as beef, chicken, duck, pork and ham ( moderate purines)
