Finding a good Doc: Sometimes it takes time to find the right fit for you in medicine.  It seems you already know what you want...Some one to listen, to treat you with respect, to teach or explain to you what they think and what they believe needs to be done to find the answers to your problem.

Do not be afraid to doctor shop a bit till you find the right fit.

my doctor tends to blame everything on fibromyalgia. i am hesitant telling her my symptoms anymore - always get the same answer. what if its not fibro?

FM: Fm can certainly explain a lot of symptoms.  Ask for a second opinion or referral to a rheumatologist to confirm or refute the diagnosis.  Fm is typically considered a diagnosis of exclusion, but the very widespread nature of the pain that crosses both anatomic and physiologic boundaries (and the other accompanying symptoms) is not likely to be caused by anything else.

Multiple causes: Threatened or spontaneous abortion, hormonal bleeding, infection or inflammation: you questions cannot be answered with words- you must be examined and tested.

i had a concussion the past week and just got cleared by my doctor, when is it safe to drink? i didn't get my ingury from drinking. also please don't give me doctor-ly advice, please just give me an easy answer lol

When to use alcohol: We al know alcohol does things to the brain,  How much damage did you sustain?  You have some neurons that were injured.  They have recovered but was the recovery complete or just enough for you to be awake and move properly.  The doc that cleared you is in the best position to advise. If it were my brain, I like to think it is precious and would let it cool down for several weeks at least.

Unusual For 16 or 22: year old to have lung cancer. You may have symptoms more consistent with bronchitis. What you may need is a simple chest X-ray to start with. At 16 or 22 you should be able to go to doctor yourself. If you have real symptoms, why wouldn't your parents want to take you to doctor?

my ears keep clogging up. my doc is convinced i have sinus infections every time & gives me amoxcillian but my sympptoms get worse with the pills.?

See below: May be having problems with swollen eustachian tubes preventing fluid from draining from middle ear. Try using a decongestant (not an antihistamine) to open up tubes. Chewing gum helps mobilize fluid. May not need antibiotics.

: You are not likely to get HIV from hand job. To allay your concerns, get 4th Ag/Ab test at 6 weeks after the episode in question.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

im having severe physical anxiety symptoms because of my upcoming jury duty. is there a way i could get a doctors note to excuse me from jury duty? its affecting my well being?

: Yes, that should be practical. Call your Jury office and ask if they would excuse you without a note from a doctor. If that does not work you can ask your doctor for a note addressed to the Jury office.
Do consult a doctor any way as your issue is treatable.
