You are not likely to get HIV from hand job. To allay your concerns, get 4th Ag/Ab test at 6 weeks after the episode in question. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

There are few absolutes in biology and medicine. But don't confuse theoretical possibility and practical reality. Is HIV possibly transmitted, e.g. if open ulcers of the hand and genitals of both persons? Sure. Has it ever happened, in the entire history of HIV and millions and millions of cases? Probably not; no cases are known. So zero risk for all practical purposes. No point worrying about it!
